I’m looking for the Heorot, and what do I find but you guys! Then, when I go to your page, I see a three part podcast that you guys did about your visit to Texas! I’m still on the first part of it, and I am enjoying it so far. If you don’t already know about them, there are two other breweries here in Texas, Austin in particular, that you need to try! The 512 brewery is brand spanking new, they just celebrated their one year anniversary this month. My favorite of their beers is the Pecan Porter. It has a wonderful pecan smell and taste to it, without the fake sweet nutty taste that you would expect. Then there is their One, a Belgian style ale to celebrate their first anniversary. These guys are so new and shiny that you can only get their beers at local places, as they haven’t started bottling any beers yet. The other one is the Independence Brewing Co. I haven’t had a beer of theirs they I didn’t like. You can get all of theirs in bottles.
